Multidisciplinary Studies
The Multidisciplinary Studies Student Network Group meets virtually every 3rd Monday of each month at 7PM. to assist college students enrolled in Multidisciplinary majors and support the state’s initiative to recruit and retain education professionals through the Geaux Teach program.
Multidisciplinary Studies majors are provided an opportunity to engage and connect with other students and professionals. Sessions cover important information from state certification requirements, to scholarships and grants, wraparound services and supports, professional networking and internship opportunities. Facilitators also provide other pertinent topics to ensure students are successful in completing their degree program – including, strategies and best practices for time management, studying, and self-care.
