Promote | Prepare | Provide

LOSFA’s student engagement efforts provide direct virtual connections to the one-on-one support and advocacy students need to persist in pursuit of educational and career success. Formed in May 2021, the Student Engagement Division expands and leads statewide networking and mentoring initiatives for Louisiana learners of all ages (i.e., K-12, postsecondary, and returning adults).  The Student Engagement team provides networking opportunities to virtually connect students to colleges, cohorts, and careers; build partnerships with community organizations and business and industry professionals; and share information and resources to assist with degree completion. This unit extends the work of existing LOSFA Programs to further promote, prepare, and provide educational access, success, and attainment.
