Virtual Office Hours with LOSFA Staff

Our staff at the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) are committed to meeting the needs of students both in-person and virtually.

Virtual Office hours are from 9AM – 3PM Monday through Friday.

One-on-one virtual office hours are available to answer questions related to FAFSA, Student Hub, TOPS award and/or the TOPS process, and more.
