Additional funding has been received to pay outstanding M.J. Foster Promise Program billing for the 2024-25 academic year

Additional funding has been received to pay outstanding M.J. Foster Promise Program billing for the 2024-25 academic year, with outstanding bills from Fall 2024 to be paid first. 

Spring 2025 bills will be paid using the following priority method until funding is exhausted:

• Eligible students who have already received the M.J. Foster Promise Award and are progressing in the same program of study will be paid first.
• Eligible students who have not yet received an award will be processed after all awards to students continuing in their programs of study have been paid.

All M.J. Foster Promise Award payments are contingent upon funding availability and are allocated as outlined above on a first-come, first-billed basis.
