Director of Student Engagement LaVonya Malveaux shares why she chose to become a #mentor.

Why did you choose to become a mentor?
“I choose to engage with others to share my vast life and work experience with others needing my guidance, support, and encouragement, and to let them know they can go further than I’ve ever gone.”

What has the experience taught you?
“The engagement experiences I have shared with others have taught me that I have something to offer and can contribute to another’s self-discovery and success.”
