Student Engagement Orientation

This orientation session gives an overview of the Virtual Student Network Groups that provide college students in Louisiana who are majoring in nursing, engineering or accounting the opportunity to: (1) connect with students who share similar interests and majors; (2) receive encouragement, resources, and social and emotional support; and, (3) network with professionals in respective fields for workforce development and opportunities. This “pre-group” session must be completed prior to a student’s admission into one of the three network groups that meet separately once a month.
