Graduating High School Students

Meetings are on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7PM. The Postsecondary Transition Student Network was designed for high school students (Grades 9 – 12). Participating students will gain valuable knowledge and experience entailing essential tools to help navigate their high school experience to graduation and beyond. Interacting with other high school students throughout the state and receiving social and emotional support from professionals, who are college graduates, are just some of the benefits of this network group.
