COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
The Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA Programs) will be closed to the public effective immediately and will be providing essential services remotely until further notice due to changing circumstances involving Coronavirus (COVID-19).
LOSFA will not have access to any documents sent via U.S. Postal Service or other mail carriers until further notice. All documents should be submitted via e-mail or fax to (225) 208-1496.
Requests for Exception and supporting documentation should be submitted via e-mail to TOPS.exceptions@LA.GOV. If you mailed a Request for Exception and/or any supporting documentation to LOSFA and have not yet received a decision, please re-submit all documentation via e-mail or fax to ensure your Request for Exception is processed in a timely fashion.
If a student was unable to maintain continuous enrollment or complete a study abroad program due to steps taken to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus, please read the “TOPS Coronavirus Q and A” for additional information.

Students are encouraged to use the Student Hub at firstname.lastname@example.org/applications/studenthub/ to monitor their TOPS Award status.
